Service Description
In this beginner class, Ava will take students through the basics of wheel throwing, starting with centering and forming simple forms, then trimming and glazing. Students will also learn basic hand building skills that they can use to add on to wheel thrown pieces or make stand alone hand built pieces. Students will also learn decorating skills like using slip, decals, and underglaze to bring their pieces to life. Students can expect to take home 5-12 pieces at the end of this 8-week class.
